Our Journey
Hyoct was initially founded in 2018 as an individual alter ego for freelance activities. It formally incorporated as a Florida company in the year 2021.
We strive to build innovative software products that enhance and optimize your creative efforts by providing powerful creative tools wrapped in an easy and straight-forward user experience.
2020
2021
In 2021, we released what would eventually become UNDERTALE Create!, an initially much smaller project called “UNDERTALE Dialog Creator”. Along with a budget free, effective social media-based marketing strategy, it began to grow hundreds of installs per day. As it gradually grew a larger audience, we decided the project should scale as well. That’s how UNDERTALE Create! was born as a concept. A multi-purpose, powerful creation environment for UNDERTALE fans to bring their ideas to life. Releasing on September 8th, 2021 as an update to its predecessor, the now rebranded app gathered over a thousand installs that single day.
As of today, UNDERTALE Create! has become one of the most popular UNDERTALE apps across mobile platforms at over half a million installs, outstanding ratings of 4,7 stars out of 10k reviews, viral videos made with it, and a wonderful userbase.
2022
In early 2022, we would start the journey of our most ambitious project to date, Funk Studio: a revolutionary platform to make and play rhythm games in a single mobile experience. Funk Studio is equipped with a powerful, feature-rich codeless editor to build fully customizable rhythm games, all within the reach of your pocket. Play thousands of unique creations made by the community, or make your own!
The development journey of Funk Studio was thoroughly documented as it unfolded in our TikTok account, amassing hundreds of thousands views while captivating the love and interest of the public.
In 2022, we have also developed AESPAD: a private notepad that secures and encrypts your notes. This prevents viruses, hackers or any intruders in your device from accessing them. It uses military grade 256-bit AES encryption, the most powerful encryption standard in the industry. Features include fingerprint login, 256-bits AES encryption, fully customizable RGB UI, dark mode, anti brute-force, autosave, auto-lock, among others.
2023
By 2023, the Funk Studio audience had grown large enough to launch a 3 month pre-registration campaign to build an install base before the initial release. This strategy paid off, and in July, the project saw a strong first release as an off-line rhythm game maker on Google Play Store becoming the top ranking music app in Germany, Italy, and Sweden at the time of launch. In December 2023, we expanded our business to the Apple ecosystem with the release of Skibidi Maker: an app for all ages to make Skibidi Toilet scenes & animations counting on a powerful and intuitive graphics editor, in association with the internet cultural phenomena.
2024
In May 2024, UNDERTALE Create! was released on the Apple App Store for iOS and MacOS as part of our expansion plan.
In June 2024, we launched “The Amazing Digital Maker” on the Apple App Store.
Establishing our business on the Apple ecosystem was an amazingly successful move that made our business grow 700%.
Today, we continue to work on existing projects and bring new ideas to life.
